Tom is in 10th Grade. He runs into a dilemma. Which test to take, PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 10.
The PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 10 are the same. The only difference is that they are offered at different times of the year.
PSAT/NMSQT: Schools choose between Oct. 19, Oct. 22, or Nov. 2, 2016
PSAT 10: Schools choose a date between Feb. 22 and March 4, 2016
The benefits are almost the same:
- They are both great practice for the SAT because the same skills and knowledge as the SAT are tested here.
- The score report is also a pointer to which AP courses you should check out.
- Both the tests can connect students to other scholarships.
- PSAT/NMSQT scores are used to find eligible students for The National Merit Scholarship Program.
Being an excellent platform for the students to step on to SAT we have tutors having long term experience in both SAT and PSAT. The teaching methodology helps you not only as a practice for this test but for SAT too.
